Joan's Award Winning Chili

Ingredients:

4 lbs. of ground beef, 2-cans of diced tomatoes, 3 cans of chili beans, 1 bottle of Jerry's Backyard Barbeque Sauce, 2 pk of chili season, 2 large bell peppers, 3 large jalapenos, 2 large onions, 2 bay leaves, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of season salt, 1 table spoon ground, 2 table spoons of season salt,1 table spoon of ground nutmeg, 1 table spoon of cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons of black pepper.

 

Preparation:

Brown ground beef in a large stock pot. Sprinkle season all and garlic and black pepper on ground beef. Add cut onions, bell peppers. Drain and add jalapenos, tomatoes, chili beans, chili season, Jerry's Backyard Barbeque Sauce, and bay leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes and add ground nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 45-50 minutes on low. Serves 8-10
