Jerry's Backyard Barbeque Meatballs

5lbs bag of precooked meatballs, 1-16oz bottle of Jerry's Backyard Barbeque Sauce, 1-18oz jar of grape jelly, 1 cup of ketchup, 1 cup of sweet pickle relish and 1/2 cup of water.
Place meatballs on the grill or in the oven. Follow cooking time before adding to the sauce. Combine all ingredients in a 3-5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 30minutes. Remove meatballs from the grill or oven and add to the sauce in the slow cooker. Coat meatballs thoroughly and simmer for 45 minutes. Serves 10-15 This recipe can be easily reduced for smaller groups.
